Beck to release brand new single

Beck has released new single 'Timebomb' both digitally and on vinyl.

The track is available to download now or you can buy the vinyl on 12-inch on October 22.

The self-produced single is his first release since album 'The Information' in October 2006.

Speaking about the track, [a]Beck[/b] revealed it was "a song for bonfires, blackouts, and the last hurrah of summer".

The singer added that he has no plans for any further releases this year.

So that's it for Glastonbury 2007 - now the last of this year's bands have left the stages, the festival is winding down into the night (June 24).

With fans making the most of the last hours of this year's event, there are parties taking place across the site before festival goers start contemplating packing-up and starting the trek home.

Despite the mud and rain lashing much of this year's event, this was the biggest Glastonbury, and bands across the site have drawn big crowds all weekend.

This year's festival has seen headlining slots from the likes of Arctic Monkeys, The Killers and The Who, while highlights have included Arcade Fire, Bjork, Damon Albarn's Africa Express and Kate Moss joining Pete Doherty onstage during Babyshambles set.
